Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Growth Blueprint: Design and execute a high-impact sales strategy for your region, aggressively expanding our footprint within the Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) communities.
- Network Activation: Identify, onboard, and deeply engage a high-quality network of IFAs and MFDs. You will catalyze this distribution network to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales milestones.
- High-Quality AUM Management: Drive sustainable net inflows and build a robust, high-quality Asset Under Management (AUM) book. Note: Strong preference will be given to candidates currently managing an active book of ₹300 Cr+.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the strategic eyes and ears on the ground. Provide sharp, actionable feedback on market trends, distributor needs, and competitor movements directly to national leadership.
Qualifications:
- The Experience Mix: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated sales experience within an AMC.
- Distribution Mastery: Proven, mandatory expertise working with IFA and MFD channels to achieve significant, measurable scale.
- Technical Bench: A valid NISM-VA certification is mandatory. Additional rigorous professional credentials (e.g., CFA, CFP, or CA) are highly regarded.
