Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BD EV Fleet Manager (6+ years) to spearhead business growth and operational excellence in electric fleet management. The role demands expertise in vendor acquisition, charging infrastructure setup, regulatory liaison, and project coordination, with a strong focus on expanding EV adoption across logistics and fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities-
1) Strategic Business Development
- Drive partnerships with fleet vendors, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for EV fleet expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and establish long‑term vendor relationships.
2) EV Charging Infrastructure Expansion
- Lead planning and execution of charging station installations.
- Identify high‑potential areas (warehouses, fleet hubs, operational zones).
- Ensure scalability and sustainability of charging infrastructure.
3) Project Coordination & Site Surveys
- Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys for charging stations.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
4) Regulatory Liaison & Compliance
- Manage liaisoning activities with TGSPDCL and other authorities.
- Obtain NOCs and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
5) Leadership & Team Management
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Establish operational systems for vendor and fleet management.
6) Travel & Field Work
- Frequent travel across Hyderabad for site visits, vendor meetings, and project monitoring.
- Must own a vehicle for mobility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, fleet management, or EV infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of vendor acquisition and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging technologies and fleet ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Familiarity with government regulations and utility company processes.
