Purchase Head (Opex) / GM - Purchase

1) Develop and execute procurement strategies for Opex categories

2) Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing, service levels, and compliance with company policies

3) Mentor and lead a high-performing Opex procurement team

4) Deep understanding of Opex categories and market dynamics

5) Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, contract compliance)

6) Experience with procurement ERP systems (SAP) and sourcing tools

7) Ensure compliance with all internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements

8) Candidates with experience in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing will be highly preferred

15–20+ years in Procurement/Purchase, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing OPEX procurement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualification-MBA in Operation / Bachelor in Engineering
