Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executive (Outbound) to join our commercial team. In this role, you will lead our B2B outreach efforts, connecting with founders, talent acquisition heads, and HR leaders to present Careerfit's disruptive, tech-enabled recruitment solutions.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively hunt, identify, and qualify B2B sales prospects via cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
B2B Consultation & Pitching: Connect with prospective clients (Founders, HR Directors, and Talent Headhunters) to understand their hiring constraints and pitch Careerfits high-speed recruitment capabilities.
Client Demos: Schedule and execute impactful presentations and walkthroughs showing how our AI + human recruiter hybrid framework accelerates candidate turn-around time.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Move deals seamlessly through the sales pipeline from initial discovery to closure, ensuring meticulous documentation inside our CRM system.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach, meeting booking, and client acquisition goals.
Key Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, inside sales, or business development (prior experience selling SaaS, recruitment solutions, or HR-tech products is highly preferred).
Communication Powerhouse: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to confidently dialogue with executive and C-level stakeholders.
Sales DNA: Strong negotiation instincts, excellent objection-handling skills, and a persistent, target-driven work ethic.
Tech Comfort: Natural familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement software, and digital communication platforms.
Commute Readiness: Willingness to work full-time out of our Andheri office on a standard 5-day week routine.
