About the Role:

Taurus Mutual Fund is looking for a Marketing & Digital Growth professional who can manage marketing activities, digital campaigns, social media, website updates, content creation, and investor communication. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Management

● Execute marketing campaigns from planning to completion.

● Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and approval workflows.

● Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

● Use AI and digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

Social Media & Content

● Manage and coordinate social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

● Work with designers and video editors to create posts, reels, videos, and marketing creatives.

● Create and edit content such as factsheets, presentations, emailers, website content, WhatsApp messages, and marketing materials.

● Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

● Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Website & Digital Communication

● Update and maintain website content regularly.

● Coordinate with website developers for content uploads and page updates.

● Manage email and WhatsApp communication campaigns.

● Improve communication effectiveness through better messaging and audience targeting.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

● Support lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.

● Track campaign performance across social media, website, email, and paid promotions.

● Prepare basic reports and dashboards.

● Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.

Events & Vendor Management

● Support investor events, webinars, conferences, and marketing activities.

● Coordinate event logistics, branding materials, invitations, and registrations.

● Manage vendors, printers, gifting partners, and event agencies.

● Maintain event reports, budgets, and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

● 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

● Strong communication and content-writing skills.

● Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.

● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

● Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

● Interested in finance, mutual funds, and investment-related content.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets.

● Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms.

● Prior experience in Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Fintech, Insurance, Wealth Management, Media, or Digital Marketing.
